Casa-Museu Bissaya Barreto - a house with History
Casa-Museu Bissaya Barreto, in Coimbra, was the residence of Bissaya Barreto (1886-1974). Doctor-surgeon, Professor of Medicine and responsible for creating an extraordinary social work in the center of the country, within which Portugal dos Pequenitos stands out.
In addition to the revivalist building, built in the 1920s, and the garden, visitors can see the art collection, namely furniture, porcelain, faience, painting, sculpture and tiles.
