TICKET GENERAL CONDITIONS
> You cannot benefit fromother promotions or discounts when buying online tickets. If you wish to benefit from other promotions or discounts, please purchase your tickets on site at the Lisbon Zoo's ticket office. > The electronic ticket is available in the registration e-mail. > Children up to 2 years old have free admission. > Children under 13 can only enter the Zoo if accompanied by an adult over 18. > If necessary, ID may be requested at the Lisbon Zoo's ticket office. > Tickets are valid for one entry only. > The ticket will be validated by a code scanner terminal. > The ticket is valid for 120 days after the date of purchase. > Lisbon Zoo is exempt of any responsability if ticket duplication occurs. Entrance of duplicate tickets will be refused. > The resale of the electronic ticket is forbidden as well as its use for any commercial or promotional purposes. > Keep your ticket safe until the day of your visit. > There is no refund or exchange of the purchased electronic ticket.
