Ticket holders will be refunded according to the purchase channel used.
For tickets purchased online, refunds will be processed automatically using the original payment method. No action is required from customers.
For tickets purchased at physical box offices or retail outlets, customers should return to the same point of sale where the purchase was made and request a refund within 30 days after the scheduled date of the event.
